If you're on the Growth plan or above, your AI agents will begin working on your marketing immediately after setup.

None at all. LevelUpGrowth is designed for business owners, not developers. You never write code. You never configure servers. You describe your business in plain language, and your AI team handles everything else — website generation, SEO, content, social media, and more.

Yes. The Free plan is available permanently at $0/month and includes: • 1 website (subdomain) • Website Builder • CRM and Calendar tools The Free plan does not include AI features or AI agents. AI access is available from the AI Lite plan ($49/month). A 3-day AI trial (50 credits) is activated after you create your first website — not at signup.

On the Growth plan and above, your team includes: Sarah (Digital Marketing Manager — strategy + coordination), James (SEO Strategist — keywords + rankings), Priya (Content Manager — blog articles + copy), Marcus (Social Media Manager — content + scheduling), Elena (Lead & CRM Manager — lead capture + follow-ups), and Alex (Technical SEO Engineer — site performance + indexing). AI agents are not available on the Free, Starter, or AI Lite plans.

Each agent has a specific role and set of tools they can use. When you start a meeting or dispatch a task (available on Growth plan and above), the relevant agents receive the brief, plan their approach, use their tools (SEO analysis, content generation, CRM updates, etc.), and deliver results. They communicate with each other and coordinate automatically — you just see the finished outputs.

Yes — on Growth, Pro, or Agency plans. The Strategy Room lets you start a meeting with your full AI team. Describe your goal, ask questions, or request specific tasks. Your agents respond in real time and execute immediately. AI agents are not available on Free, Starter, or AI Lite plans.

Yes. Every website built on LevelUpGrowth is hosted on our infrastructure — included in your subscription. You don't need to arrange separate hosting, configure servers, or deal with technical setup. Your site is live on fast, reliable hosting from the moment it's generated.

Yes. You can connect any domain you own with a simple one-click connection process. SSL is automatically configured. If you don't have a domain yet, you can use your free LevelUpGrowth subdomain and connect a custom domain later.

Absolutely. Your website has a drag-and-drop editor that lets you change any element — text, images, colors, layouts, and blocks. You can also ask your AI assistant to make changes in plain language: "Change the hero headline" or "Add a testimonials section" and it updates automatically.

Up to 3 websites. • Pro ($199/mo) — 1 DMM + 5 Junior agents. 900 credits/month. Up to 10 websites. Companion app. • Agency ($399/mo) — 1 DMM + 10 Senior agents. 2,500 credits/month. Up to 50 websites. Unlimited team members. AI agents are only available from the Growth plan.

AI credits are consumed when your agents execute tasks — generating content, running SEO analysis, creating images, producing videos, and more. Each action costs a small number of credits depending on its complexity. The Growth plan includes 300 credits/month. Pro includes 900 credits/month. Agency includes 2,500 credits/month. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Unused credits don't roll over.

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data and websites remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
